For the purposes of this calculation we have automatically entered 60% of the purchase price as the loan amount at an interest rate of 3.5% payable over 15 years, but please feel free to change any of the figures according to your needs.
The location is on a busy road but does have those all-important parking spaces in front of it. The bar is trading and has a loyal local following, who come to the bar for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In summer, the returning international tourists find the bar for their 'fix' of drinks, food and relaxation.
