The interior of the premises is made up of the bar and customer area, along with considerable storage rooms, an office, male and female washrooms and a staff shower room, whilst the ‘wrap-round’ terrace extends to around 70m2.  Of particular note is a rear entrance, where deliveries can be made, thereby avoiding trailing beer barrels etc through the customer area.

You enter the business via the elevated terrace and you will find the well-equipped bar itself running along one side of the building, with a ‘lounge’ area facing it.  To the rear of the premises, you find all other rooms, as set out above.
The bar currently opens from 9.00 in the morning through to midnight; however, this is very much at the discretion of the owners – the licence allows it to be run for longer hours, if required.  It opens every day of the week during the busy summer season, and the owners take a well-deserved break during the winter.  At present, the owner runs it as a ‘wet’ bar only, as there is no kitchen; however, in the past, it has served a variety of snacks, using part of the bar as a food preparation area.
The clientele are a mixed bag of international tourists (although mainly German and British) and some local residents.  COMMENT:  This bar needs at least three members of staff to work efficiently, so is ideal for a family or couple with some part-time help and, at this price, we strongly advise viewing at the earliest opportunity, as it will not stay on the market for long.
